Our business lines  

Legal assistant

Reporting to a lawyer or jurist, the legal assistant carries out secretarial tasks relating to his/her field of activity.
As such, he/she helps to organize the work of the lawyers and jurists with whom
he/she works.

He/she independently prepares the engagement letter and fee agreement. He/she draws up simple deeds, monitors administrative procedures and prepares files. He/she ensures the proper management of files from opening to archiving
(creation of files, forms, requests for documents, etc.).

He/she takes part in customer invoicing according to the instructions given by the person in charge of the file. He/she participates in the follow-up of unpaid customer invoices.

lawyer

Reporting to the Partner or the lawyers in the department to which he/she reports, the legal expert assists and advises clients in the area covered by his/her department.

He/she takes part in the handling of assigned cases in liaison with the lawyers concerned (research, consultations, drafting of deeds, summary notes, etc.).

Reporting to one of the firm’s partners, the Senior Associate handles both advisory and litigation files. He/she ensures that the client’s explicit and implicit needs are met, in compliance with the legal and ethical rules in force.

Depending on his/her level of seniority, he/she contributes to the firm’s reputation and relays the firm’s image to customers by embodying the firm’s values.

department manager

Reporting to one of the firm’s partners, the Pole Manager leads and manages a team of lawyers, legal experts and assistants who handle advisory and litigation files in the area covered by the Pole of Activity.

He/she ensures that the client’s explicit and implicit needs are met, in compliance with the legal and ethical rules in force.

He/she contributes to the firm’s reputation and relays the firm’s image to clients by embodying the firm’s values.

Accounting and administrative assistant

Reporting to the partners and working within the framework of internal procedures and regulatory provisions, the accounting & administrative assistant is responsible for bookkeeping.

On a day-to-day basis, he/she oversees the firm’s accounting, financial, social and administrative activities. He/she produces financial statements and management charts by recording, coordinating and gathering the data and information required to draw up these documents.

He/she centralizes and archives the firm’s accounting, financial, social, administrative and contractual documents, data and information.

Reception and work environment manager

Reporting to the Partners, the Work Environment Manager is responsible for secretarial tasks relating to the organization and smooth running of the firm. As such, he/she facilitates the smooth organization of the work of all members of the firm.

He/she is in charge of greeting customers and all other parties involved in the firm’s activities, both by phone and in person.
