Head of the Real Estate & Construction Department, Magali Guignard offers clients the benefit of over 20 years’ solid experience in disputes relating to construction and real estate law, insurance law and civil liability law.

She is involved in dispute resolution, both upstream and in proceedings before the various competent jurisdictions (civil, commercial and administrative, at first instance and on appeal), throughout France and the French overseas territories.

Academic path

Admitted to the Paris Bar in January 1999, Magali Guignard first practiced with a Parisian firm specializing in construction insurance, before joining the Angers Bar in September 2007, first with PAPIN, then with our firm in 2019.

Since 2010, she has held a specialization in real estate law, with a specific qualification in construction law.

She is an active member of COBATY ANJOU, an association of construction professionals.
