A recent graduate with a Master’s 2 in Business Law, Ambre Godefroy works alongside lawyers to support and advise clients throughout the life of their companies.

Ambre Godefroy conducts legal research in both commercial and corporate law.

She also participates in the drafting of deeds required for the day-to-day legal follow-up of companies, as well as for exceptional operations, such as company reorganizations and transfers. Ambre also drafts commercial contracts.

Academic path

After obtaining a law degree and a Master 2 in Business Law, during which she completed her end-of-study internship at the firm, Ambre Godefroy continued her adventure with us by signing her first permanent contract.

Ambre Godefroy will sit the entrance exam to the Ecole des Avocats in September 2023.
