He is frequently involved in company transfers and restructuring, and assists his customers with the legal management of their structure.

He has also acquired recognized expertise in contract law and economic law (distribution networks, commercial negotiation, commercial contracts).

Finally, “what is advised is pleaded”: Thierry Guyard is also involved in settling commercial or regulatory disputes.

Academic path

Admitted to the Bar in 1997, Thierry Guyard holds a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in Private Law from the University of Paris II-Assas, and is a former lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Angers.
